We understand each partner has differing housing needs and each requirement will be tailored to those needs. This is not a one size fits all approach. Our portfolio consists of 5 unit HMOs through to residential blocks containing upwards of 20 units. We ensure all aspects of the property and related tenancies are run smoothly and efficiently. Our service agreements have typically run from 3 years up to 10 years.
