Once you have been placed by the council into one of our properties, we have a streamlined process for key collection and moving in. You will be given a welcome pack and instructions on how the building works and what to do if there are any issues whilst you’re in the property.

Our maintenance and repair reporting system offers a simple online solution to dealing with property maintenance requirements. Through the system tenants can communicate maintenance and repair requirements in an efficient and simplified way:
